I approved sending me a trial giving me 8 days to cancel. I have two different representative ID#'s confirming my cancellation date. I cancelled one day before that given date. Monies was taken from my checking account the day before I cancelled, 2 days before my cancellation date arrived. I called and talked to a supervisor to no avail. She told me all I could be refunded was $45.00 of the $78.41 taken from my account. I have not even used the product. To date, I have not been refunded a penny.
