Signed up to the company back in october 2011 ordered one pair of shoes. Never ordered another pair again. Bought the pair for my daughter as a x-mas present. Made sure my cc# could not be used again. Went on with my way.Since then no longer have that same email address i had and just recentley my husband had asked me who "just fab was?" i said that was a company i had ordered our daughters shoes from before x-mas? he said they had been billing my account since nov of 2011, 39.95 a month? when i called the company to complain all i got was, well i am sorry madam theres nothing we can do for you other then issue you 2 payments back and the rest you have to use as store credit! OVER 200.00???? i don't want anymore shoes. i want my money back that you had no right to. they told me that yes they did because due to their policey i had "electronically signed my name therefore giving them the right to charge my account 39.95 every month regardless if i buy shoes or not.. this is what i supposedly signed up for to become a member. I told them electronic signature are not valid! they said yes they are and i gave them the right every month. Are you serous? the women then informed me i would not be getting any more money back. I would have to spend all of it as a store credit! which of course i have now canceled my so called memebership i didn't even realize i had to begin with! this is the worst company ever to deal with no heart its just take take take..if anyone can help me get my hard earned money back please, please please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
