I applied for a loan they said they could help me get the loan i needed but there would be a charge, they said the charge would not be taken out of my account until the loan had been approved and paid into my account, but this was not the case. They took the money yesterday 19/04/12out of my account straight. I have not had any loan or correspondence from them, i am now out of pocket £39.77, which has put me in more debt.
