I was contacted by a Robert Harrison from Tricorp Property Solutions in late March, 2012. Mr. Harrison told me that someone had made an offer on my time share and was asking if I was interested in selling. Mr Harrison claimed that Tricorp was a loan/funding company that provided the lending to other consumers for transactions such as mine. He convinced me that he had to have $683.00 up front to start the legal work required to obtain an estoppel certifical on my timeshare. Stupidly, I sent the money. I've made probably six phone calls to Mr. Harrison and none have been returned. When I attempted to call Tricorp Property Solutions I received a recorded message that no one was available to speak with me and that I should call back at another time. Scam, Scam, SCAM!
