I never filed an application with these crooks, yet they generated an echeck for the amount of $30.00 which caused my account to overdraft and I was charged $36.00 in overdraft fees. When I called to ask for a refund, they told me that I needed to go on the website to finish the application. I told them I never filled out an application and i wanted my refund immediately plus the overdraft fee. They then told me that they would send me a gas voucher for $100.00. I said no way, your company has already taken an unauthorized $30.00 and I don't believe that there is any such thing as a $100.00 gas voucher. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that it would be a very long wait. I am sitting on hold to speak with a supervisor (hopefully this one speaks English I can understand). Unbelievable!!!
