Never received a confirmation of dispatch, never received the item. Isnt there anyway to get my money back?i have checked with the official Jimmy Choo website and a customer service rep said this is a fraudulent site which no one should buy from.

I received my shoes and to be honest I don't know why they bothered they are the cheapest looking shoes I have ever seen.
It is a little late now as you only have 30-55 days to disputed the transaction but if you do not receive the goods you can dispute it with your credit card provider or Pay Pal.
They are thieves and Karma will get them.
