I called Inner Thrive to try a "free 30 day supply" of their Testosterone boosting product. I told the woman who answered the phone that I was skeptical that the product would deliver the results promised. She said the way to get the "free trial" was to pay the $14.00 for the shipping with a credit card. Thence, my card would be charged an additional $95.00 per month automatically. I asked EXACTLY how to cancel in the event that the product did not deliver promised results. I was told that I would have to try the product for at least 3 weeks before I could stop the auto shipment. I asked for the EXACT DATE to cancel and she said June 21st. I subsequently set a reminder on my Outlook calander.

As expected, the only thing that the product did was give me headaches. I called in on the 21st (today) to cancel the autoship and was informed that my card had already been charged the $95.00 and the product was shipped out this morning. I complained and told the person on the telephone that I was told to call in today to PREVENT the autoship. They told me that there was nothing that they could do to reverse the charges and that upon receipt of the product, I would have to ship it back (at my own expense) and that I would be given a reffund less a 15% "re-stocking" fee.

This is a complete fraud and scam. THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!
