they called my work an wanted to know if it was where i worked at.. then when i got home they stated that i was going to be put in jail my social would be black listed. an they would call my employer an tell them to fire me. that i was going to serve 6 months in jail an told me if i wanted to resolve it i had 25 min to pay them 563.00 or i was going to jail. stated that they had sent me several e mails. i asked them why wouldnt they have sent me a letter. an the person stated that they wasnt a debt collector. stated that i applied for a payday loan from chase bank.
