I filed a dispute with my bank for $15.95 membership. I cancelled the membership immediately when I saw that it was a scam. The company provided "evidence" with my bank to secure the $15.95 and now my bank has debited the provisional credit. Their evidence is my name and a copy of their Subscription (also known Premium Membership) Terms of Use. They have my password down as 3sdxg which is not my password and I have no idea where it came from. There were no services rendered by this "company". I want my $15.95 refunded to me and any other charges to me. Please help. I am disabled with a non-curable lung disease, on 6 ltrs of oxygen, have Parkinson's and am diabetic. I do not know how my bank could confuse their material as substantiating their claim. My name is Judy Fauth, 420 Alamedia Place, Dayton, Oh 45406 937-278-8731.
