I have been on the phone to these people after being in contact with the police and now there saying they will open a case about if i did this or not and that they have an IP address for the computer that was used to make the loan application so they can track it back to the house it was done in, Surely there not allowed those types of information. They clearly no they are in the wrong as when i told them about everyone elses complaints on this site they said it wasnt there company because they have never had a problem which is clearly a lie! Im so angry that they have done this to me now and ive still got to wait another 2-3 days to find out if im going to get my money back. The only thing im is if a family memeber or a sisters friend has done it so it will track back to this address then they will say ive done it and not give the money back.
