I received a cell phone call that promised a free cruise for two, answered a number of questions (mostly health related) and was directed to the www.surveycruise.com web site to enter my telephone number (one of the questions) and my zip code (another question) and claim my cruise. I attempted to do so only to find the web site was down or did not exist at all.
My personal information (cell and location along with some health information) is now released to unknown people who are not answering the number that called me: 360-461-4559 in Port Angeles, Washington.
My claim is for breach of contract (the promised cruise is unavailable) and loss of personal information (my contribution to the contract).
