I pre-paid for phone minutes so my son could call home from prison but was told by globaltelink that I could not use the services so when I called for a refund Conscalhome suggested that I trick globaltelink but I asked for a refund they told me I could only get back $24.60 because I had to pay a service cancellation fee even though I cancelled within 2 hours and thier service is not useable. Many other people have had similar problems with this company who say they are fcc regulated. Here at 11 weeks later I have not gotten back anything.
