Just Like everyone else is reporting, they somehow extract your phone number on some "drive by mobile website hack" you immediately received a text saying you're subscribed for a certain amount and to unsubscribe you must text a code.
Really this falls on the cellular manufacturer to tighten up security and stop the device from leaking this information in my case I was using an iphone 4. To prevent this from happening again ask your cellular provider to immediately cancel any 3rd party service activations.
