I requested a loan from welcomeloans for 3000 pounds over 5 years. After filling in the application I was accepted by them at what I thought was an offer of 3000 pounds at 69.95 over the 5 years but apparently this was an admin fee which they took on the 20th june without my permission. I have been inundated with phone calls and e-mails from numerous companies offering payday loans which is not what I wanted. I have tried to e-mail them back for a refund but every time I e-mail and send there is always an error also I have tried ringing but get no answer.
