This company preys on seniors. This is a senior dating website. They set up the account to automatically renew and do not adequately inform subscribers. They do not send any notice warning subscribers that they will be charged unless they cancel their membership. It is very difficult to locate customer service and account information on the website. When you finally contact customer service they do not refund the unauthorized charge.
