ordered a dress acording to there size chart and the dress is great but wont zip over my top and they wont trade it for anew size larger or take this one back so im out over 100 dollars with no dress to wear to a up comming wedding

Provided below are links to the internet where people have complained and tried to warn trusting buyers like myself! I didn't read them until after I had problems with this company....I don't want this to happen to you!!! READ on and feel free to click on the links that JJsHouse.com can't control and delete.
PLEASE know that you will NOT be happy with your order from this company. They don't give you the dress you see in the picture, they try their best to make a dress for you. Have you heard of Chinese sweat shops? Well, I imagine that these sewers are all 'trying' to make these dresses, but it doesn't matter how you feel about it. Their comments are always sugary and relaxed with comments such as, " I am sure that you will enjoy wearing this dress even though it isn't exactly what you ordered, it is a very nice dress." The zipper doesn't go up at the chest level? "Oh, pull hard, it will come and don't worry about it breaking." But, then again, if you break anything, you can't return it. Oh what am I thinking....there are no returns!!! I went through Paypal and won the dispute. Don't give up, make them give your money back, but don't follow their instructions on returns, you won't see your money. They will just delete your emails. DO go through PAYPAL and DISPUTE claims and then paypal will reimburse your account once the tracking number shows it has returned. BUT, you will lose your shipping of $45.00 to return the shipping, but when you pay $200 for the dress, you will at least see $155.00 back. But, save your time and money and be sure to order local from a dress company or ONLY AMERICAN!!! -
