I signed up for Luminosity dot com for brain games. I paid for one year. I used it a total of 5 times max and then forgot about it. A year later a charge for $79.95 appears on my bank account that I have automatically paid for a 2nd year for Luminosity dot com. I call the number 877-777-0502 and SURPRISE no real person just a voice mail loop system. If I leave a message on the website I will be called back in 1day. If I leave a message on the phone I will not be called back for 3 days. I leave a message on the phone(3 day wait) SCAMMY feeling. Two days (6-25-12)later I finally find my log in information and go online to my Account and cancel the year subscription. There is no place on the website to lodge a complaint. I was 2 days late as according to their records I should have canceled on June 23, 2012, so because it was June 25 when I got to the website the cancellation policy read "too bad no pro-rating therefore you are canceled as of June 23, 2013. They get to keep my money. because of the small print like any scammer would include. Auto-pay forever till you figure out how to make them stop!. WARNING. DO NOT USE LUMINOSITY dot COM. If they do not have the decency to prorate a cancellation they are SCAMMERS and are not worthy of your money. HOW CHEAP IS THAT! I can ill afford this payment now.
