I was told i had to give the owner 300 dollars to perform a hip hop show in front of a major producers. I signed a contract plus gaving him a 45 dollar deposit to hold my name in a spot to perform. something came up and because of personal buisness i wasnt allowed to perform. Like the contract says if i dont perform for any reason i would get 100% of my money back or schedule a new performance. I demanded money back and he tells me that he wasn't going to do it.

- first of all nobody scam this kid who did recive his money back! if any body got scam it was us! this kid signed a release form and a garuntee spot on the show we told him it was $300.00 to perform.he didn't have the full $300.00 all he had was $45.00 he swore that he would give us the bal that fri he called me fri and said somthing came up and he couldnt give us the $300.00 so we said read the contract it said if u cancelled u cant get ya money back! if we cancelled he would recieved his money back! after going back and forth he bugging me i told my partner lets give this kid his money even tho we drove to meet him spending gas money and wasting our time. so we gave his deposit back $45.00 in full! a lesson for all artist when u sign a release,a contract,a promise to pay agreement make sure u take it to your attorney before signing any contract! are u will loose and posibly get sued! if u gona tell the truth tell the truth!
