I was looking for a coach purse on line and their web site pops up as coach. I went on their site and their offers and discounts are more than reasonable. I purchased three handbags two at $55.99 and one at $59.99. After I placed my order they emailed me the puchased confirmation which did not include a tracking number for my purchase nor their contact information except for their email address. I emailed them to ask for a tracking number and they gave me one. On Saturday August 13,2011 the handbags arrived in a completly damaged box. When I pulled them out they did not look nothing like the bags I had ordered and they did not look authentic, as Im going thru them their zippers are getting caught. I immediatly emailed them and expressed my dissatisfaction. Their reply was they will refund me $30.00 dollars and I could keep the bags. I emailed them back and asked them for a return address and a full refund. Their other offer was to give me $50.00 and keep the bags. I then contacted the authentic coach company thinking I had ordered directly from them. The representitive I spoke with at coach said they had nothing to do with the purchase I had made and that the people I ordered from had nothing to do with coach. I then became scared and contacted my bank and explained my situation my bank notified me that the withdrawl from my account came from China. These people have not replied to my emails in two days, and all Im asking for is a return address and complete re0fund. I dont like what Im going thru and the feeling of being scammed is depressing because I think I have lost my money. Their fradulant offers only make me think that they are fakes, and they should be stopped. I cant imagine how many people have been through what Im going through. Please if theres anything you can do to put a stop to them please do so, I would also be more than glad if you could help me get my money back from them.
