Refering to the Groupon deal on www.groupon.sg .... i had made a purchase of "$24 for Initial Necklace made with SWAROVSKI® ELEMENTS with Delivery.
The total value of S$24.00 has been deducted via Credit Card on 29th May 2012.

The DELIVERY option stated that the purchase will be sent to your preferred delivery address with in 10 working days. Today it is exactly 1 month and still no delivery.

I have emailed group on customer care at [email protected] many times and they only revert back stating that they have sent the request to concern department and they will revert back.

i have called customer care 3 -4 times and kept on hold and no positive revert from them.

I have serious doubts if this website is geniune and will i ever get my order or refund.
