I used the company to outsource my clients SEO I gave them 5 websites to work on in the beginning and the owner seemed very pleasant. As I have been burnt before outsourcing to foreign companies I thought I would try and outsource in the UK as I thought it could not be worse, but it was. When I asked for reports I was told they are being compiled but they never arrived. Also I stated I wanted Panda/Penguin friendly techniques to be used but this was not the case as virtually all link building does was spammy forum links or directories which is so 5 years ago.

Anyway the long and short of it is most links were removed, spammy forums used and techniques that were out of date and harmful to google. I asked for a refund as I paid by paypal but was refused and paypal do not refund for digitial or virtual products which I found out SEO services fall under. So Paypal offered no protection either.

I hope this acts as a friendly warning to people expecting a good quality service as you will not find the expertise you require here.
