I purchased a voucher from kgbdeals on January 21, 2012 for $49 for an 8GB MP3 + video player from Hipstreet.com and I never received the product. I have communicated with both the vendor (hipstreet.com) and kgbdeals numerous times over the past 3 or 4 months and I still have no resolution to my problem. at this point, all I want is a refund of my money from kgbdeals, but all I've gotten is frustration and simple ''acknowledgements'' of my complaints from kgbdeals. Has anyone else had problems with kgbdeals or Hipstreet??
