Bishop Charles E. Williams contracted my company to do videography work for a holy convacation on 6/23/12-6/29/12. When it was time to pay the deposit of $150.00 before we could start recording and sign paper work, he gave my company the run around saying he would pay and then saying he would have his administrators pay and sign the paper work for him, which they did not know anything about my company's contractual business with Bishop Charles E. Williams. This took 4 days because he continued to set up meetings to view my company's work but instead he pulled a no call no show. Bishop Charles E. Williams agreed to pay the deposit and use my company services after we lowered our price due to him not being able to afford the regular rates and also being recommended by a repeat past customer. Bishop Charles E. Williams finally returned our calls and expressed that he did not want to contract my company any longer because we were persistant about collecting the deposit which was in the written contract he agreed to. Bishop Charles E. Williams is not someone I recommend anyone to do real business with. You would think by the way he talks and his education level, that he knows what is expected of him, yet he shows something/someone different. I hate that I had to meet this guy on these terms but other people have been burned by him as well, so BEWARE.
