I placed an order with Cigs.eu on 15th April 2012 for 200 cigarettes, Marlboro Lites. Money was taken from my account. By the middle of May I still hadn't received anything. Their site does state that orders can take up to 6-8 weeks so I wasn't overly concerned at this point. I emailed them to ask when I could expect my order and they told me it would be the second half of May.

By the middle of June I had still received nothing. I emailed Cigs.eu again and got no response to my emails for weeks. I resent my email every day until I eventually got a reply. What they told me was obviously a complete fabrication/lie. They told me that they had received confirmation from the National Post Office of Moldova to say that my order had been delivered. They told me to check with my neighbours. My neighbours had not taken in any parcels for me! In the same email Cigs.eu said the order may have been seized by customs and that I may receive a seizure notice/letter. It was completely contradictory. How can they say my product has been delivered but in the next breath say they may have been seized?!

It is now July and I have received no order OR seizure notice/letter. I have recently been in touch with other dissatisfied customers via Facebook and twitter and it seems we have all been spun the same story. Some people have asked for refunds and have been told that they cannot have one. One lady I spoke with is pursuing the matter through her bank. Cigs.eu have told her that if she does this they will take legal action against her and she will be prosecuted and fined. (How ridiculous!)

Cigs.eu keep removing negative posts/comments from their Facebook and twitter pages. There is now a Cigs.eu Scam page on Facebook set up by another disgruntled customer/scam victim. I urge anyone who has been in this position to join the page and share details in order to warn other consumers. I am not expecting to receive my order, nor am I expecting a seizure notice/letter.

From what I can work out, they seem to be selective scammers. Some people have received orders but a lot have not and will not receive anything from them. They must be making a fortune out of this scam and it is sickening. Something needs to be done to stop this and I am now on a mission to inform the public anyway I can.

Luckily I did not make a large order. I ordered the minimum just to see if it was too good to be true....and it was!
