On April 2012, I found out this Company on the Web with some interesting features. I filled-up the form and provided my credit card number. After this procedure, a window appears with an error mentioning that my country (France) was not eligible and I couldn't get the product.
However the Company withdraws the funds without any acknowledgement. I just found out at the end of the month! $99!
I sent them emails and I received only automatic answers.
I called them couple of time but I have to wait 20 min and the communication was so bad that I couldn't explain the situation.
I tried again and the Customer Service told me that the 30 days guarantee were over and they couldn't refund my money. They refuse to understand that my country was not eligible and according to their own policy!
I shout them on the phone and told them that their company was a scam one: "My country is not eligible to get the product why did they withdraw the funds and without any acknowledgment or other explanation or products details?". They only proposed me promotion or other business and I refused and refused and refused. Sometimes I have to be rude (and I am sorry for them as I think they are only employees) for them to understand that I didn't give a s... about they product because 1) their attitude was the thief one 2) they did something against their own policy.

Eventually I received an email from one guy name Erik. He explained me that my money will be refund, I do not have to worry! I call again Customer Service and they refused. I send several email to Mr. Eric Zinn (his name and it seems he is the boss) and explained to him that I will suit him what ever is the cost if I don't have my money back!
Finally I called back the Customer Service and they....just sent me back my $99! It costed me little to call them but it costs me a lot of energy.

3 calls and a lot of pressure to this Eric Zinn!
