I have cashed out on two different dates. 7/26/2011 and 6/16/2011. And, I have yet not to be paid by Richgoptr. I just wrote to them tonight that I am filing a complaint. They request that an upgrade is neccessary in order to get the money faster but I am not going to pay anything for I have gotten scammed by two-dollar clicks as well.
