On June 29, 2012, I ordered a keyboard as per their TV advert and without a screen to finalize the order and authority to charge my card, I was surprised to be charged $101.73 when I was expecting to pay no more than $30.00. I immediately called to cancel the order but was told it had not come up in their system as yet, and to call on Monday, which is today July,2. The agent told me that my order had been shipped. I called again and was told that my card would not be charged and to return the item when it arrives. A few hours later I checked my account and found out that my account had been debited with the $101.70. I called again and I was told that the amount will be refunded in one or two days. This is just a big scam and I will follow it to the last.
