I discontinued my service with HughesNet and explained to them that the place I was moving from that there was a person moving into the same house that wanted to use HughesNet. The logical thing was to leave the equipment and satellite dish for the person moving into the home so HughesNet would have a seamless transition for a new customer. I did pay my early termination fee of $187 and HughesNet said I must return the equipment (I explained their new customer was using it). Later I said okay I will return the equipment and HugheNet said they would send me a box to put the equipment into with a return label. They never sent a box and now they are charging me $315. I called the Customer Support line which is in India. They had no idea why I wanted a refund of my $315.00. HUGHESNET IS A BIG RIPOFF AND FRAUD. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - THE INTERNET SPEED IS TERRIBLE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN INDIA IS HORRIFIC.
