Like many others, I downloaded the free trial for a specific file. Once I got the software, the file I was looking for did not exist. I was not notified that I would be billed 69.99 for a lifetime membership so once the charge appeared on my bank statement, I contacted the company. I am still waiting to hear back from the company.
