On March 10 2012 went to Ideal feet of austin and purchased there product.The salesman JW gave me two receips to sign,the visa receipt and anther one he explained it was a restocking form for coorperate to replace the product I purchased.On april 21-2012 I returned to ideal feet of austin because I was dissatisfied with there product I explained to them after three weeks of useing there product I had bad pains in lower back waist and leg cramp.It was hard to walk and sleep for a week.They wanted to try anther product and I told them no I did not trust there product because the pains were to bad and would like my money back he said lets refit you I said no I want my money back or I will report you to bbb.He ask if I would put that in writing and I said yes.He went to the back making me think I was getting a refund.I sat there a long time. While I was setting there waiting I over herd anthere sales man with a custmer and told her the same thing they told me when I purchased there product that he needed her to sign this form he was claiming it was a restocking form for coorpertate to replace there product she has bought.After there was no customers in the store anther sales person came out and told me to call this # 405-285-1287 and to leave the store.Went home and called the # You get vmail they tell you they will return your call in 24 hrs I left info they ask for. No return call instead I get a letter in the mail on april 25-2012.It said Mr.Cice you were informed of our Customer Satisfaction Policy,not onlywere you made aware of it you signed an agreement to our policies.Mr.Cice you have refused to allow us to continue to work with you in regards to your issues and concerns.Then thats when I Under stood what happened The so called form the sales told me the restocking form I need to sign was the Customer Satisfaction Policy.The fact is the salesman never made me aware of ther policy instead he told me I was signing a restocking form.He LIED to me to get me to sign there customer policy They tell me I refused to work with them.I should not have to do business with someone that lied and deceived me.
