ordered and paid for wedding programs on 6/15/12; funds have aready cleared my bank. Have not received shipment and no notication that order was shipped only an email saying payment was received with an order number. However, I've tried calling the contact number and it goes straight to a general mailbox. I've left several messages and sent several emails, but no one has replied or responded.
Comapny owner is Robert (bob) Hayes.
