I thought I was dealing with another cite and it turns out that it was CBK2C.COM. I was for an online business. I provided my infomation but theses guys did not provide me with a product. Then I contacted the company and they responded this way.

By making a payment for services purchased from cbk2c.com you acknowledge that you have read and agree to No Refund Policy. Because software, membership, services etc are downloaded immediately after paying the Membership fee, without any exception we have a NO REFUND policy.
I responded and told them that I didn't get a download and they responded to me the same way.
Avoid this site and watch for them when looking at a online business.

Do not allow any transactions by cbk2c.com. They will withdraw funds from your authorized transactions Credit/Debit account and will not give it back. They stated in their e-mail exactly as Tony above described, there is a no refund policy. A dispute I made in July 2012, to my Debit VISA Cardholder Account about an un-authorized withdrawal by cbk2c.com, stated that; "The merchant who processed this transaction(s) sent us information which validates the charge(s), meaning we have lost the chargeback. Unfortunately we are unable to recover the funds from the merchant for this charge. We appreciate your loyalty and your effort in providing us with the appropriate information on your behalf. If you wish to pursue this matter further, you will need to contact the merchant directly. At this time your claim has been closed."
I had already previously contacted them by e-mail because they do not have a customer service telephone number. I authorized only two transactions, because they had my VISA account numbers, they liberally, non-chalantly, withdrew $85.00 from my account without my Authorization. Do not do business with them. They have committed computer theft of services and, by denial, committed fraud. They will take your money because they are in Canada and, there is nothing you can do about that. I know. I tried. This is the reason I am writing this complaint, so that they somehow, will not receive any more business from savvy U.S.A. consumers. -
