I ordered a sample bottle of mango pure and prime colon cleanse one the 16th of June. On July 2nd I recieved an e-mail to comfirm a new shipment of the products. I sent a e-mail on the 3rd of July to let them know I did not want that order sent. I did not authorize that charge on my account. I was charged 89.95 for the Mangopure and 89.71 for the Primecleanse even after I sent the e-mail refusing the order.
I called the company several times and was switched to a voice mail after leaving several messages and getting no response I tried one more time and finally got a answer they explained that the product was already shipped with the first sample bottle. I was told I could return the mangopure if it was unopened and they would return $40.00 to my account and the other $40.00 when the unopened product was returned well my math is really not that good but $40.00 and $40.00 does not add up to 89.95. I was informed that I could not return the cleanse because it had been opened well how else are you going to sample it? The bottle of cleanse was not a sample that I was told I was paying for it was the shipment of the product. I had 14 days to let them know that I did not want to be charged for the product. I sent an e-mail back as soon as I recieved theirs and was still charged for their product.
