Twice I attempted to buy a camera from them.
The 1st time I was instructed to call customer service. I was told that it was not in stock and they didn't know when it would be available. That order was cancelled.
A month later I tried again and was instructed to call customer service again. I was asked if I wanted a battery to go with the camera I was purchasing. When I asked about the other items that were to be part of the advertised purchase package the customer rep immediately stated that he was cancelling the order and hung up.
