Mr. Budnick sold us a two week time share claiming the maintenance fees were $500 (they are $900 plus); he promised a lease back agreement (this though we were told later only kicks in next year, but we have no proof of that); the developer week is more expensive than he promised.

- I have spoken directly with Coral Resorts LLC. They have handled all issues to my satisfaction, and I am pleased with the resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter, I have no further issues with Coral Resorts.
