l would like to put a complaint against this company as l got 4 letters from them telling me l had won a prize but l didnt phone them as l dont usually fall for these scams, but another letter came giving me an id number and telling me to hurry and claim my prize or l would lose it, so l called them and needless to say l hadnt won anything, l wouldnt bother complaining for the price of the call which was £9 but its a lot of money to me, l am going todo everything l can to stop companies like this scamming people so l hope you can help me
