They took my money (Visa Card)at once but never provided the License Number required to activate the program .Their contact phone #1-866-231-7627 is ALWAYS busy and my attempt to get a license number by e-mail resulted in 2 useless numbers which didnt even match their format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. A second e-mail had the same result
They present themselves as Microsoft approved How is this possible

- Here's the number they gave me...888-203-6992. They answer but then put you on hold and never come back.
