A few weeks ago, I logged into my bank account and found that my account had been overdrawn. Upon inspection of my transactions, I found a charge from Palm Loan Advances for $30.00. I called the toll free number on the check to inquire about this and was told that I had authorized it on my loan application. As I did not recall authorizing this, being that would be senseless to give money away, when you're looking for a loan, I asked about the address to this site, so I could see for myself if I had simply overlooked this, they couldn't give me that information-they didn't know. So I contacted the email address that was given on the check explaining myself, they replied with a link to a website that I'd never seen before, requesting even more information before they could approve my loan that was "pre-approved". Fifteen minutes later, after various arguments and heated discussion, I was given a cancellation number and told that I would have my money returned to me. Subsequent to that, I've called multiple times and had multiple people, including "supervisors" and "managers" promise to expedite the return of my money by the end of the week. It's now the third week, I've had people hang up on me, reported them to the Better Business Bureau, threatened them with lawsuit and class action suits on a plethora of related charges and still have yet to have my money returned to me. I would suggest to anybody and everybody who has had any kind of involvement with this company to contact the Better Business Bureau, a lawyer and the anybody else who can play a hand in putting these frauds out of business.
