After listing our house, we received a plethora of telephone calls from various telephone numbers (some originating from Russia!!! I did check them.) offering security, and others - dropped calls. Which to me, indicates, that total internet listing is the wrong way to go for the seller. And Larry is a friendly shark realtor - offering to buy our house for a ridiculously low price. Congrats to him - he is now in the category of the pilfering bankers.
