Company called claiming that Medicare needed to update the banking info. I gave them the bank account and routing number. My bank statement showed a bank issued check (duplicate check number) in my name with a note "no signature required, your payment has been authorized by your depositor". The customer service number on the check is answered by a company called 3rd party (linked to many YR complaints in Scambook)
