I purchased a NET10 phone at the Toys R Us store in Winston Salem NC with the advice of one of the store employees, whotold meif the phone did not work I could return it. I came back to the store the same day and called the customer service and I was told I need to contact NET10. I finally was able to reach them by email then I got a phone #. The rep at NET10 told me to take the phone back to Toys R US. So now after all of that I can't get my money back and I can't get th phone activated. No kindof customer service from either company. I have my receipts for the purchase but Toys R U receipt won't work at NET10. Please publish this complaint so that this will not happen to anyone else. Thanks
