I have just received my credit card bill and it is showing two charges of $79.99 and $79.98 to me for this product. Several times between approximately June 12th and June 24th, I tried to call and the phone just kept ringing and then would go dead. I was trying to tell them that I did not want their product. It stated on the advertisement that I got the first 30-days for just the cost of shipping. I finally tried the noreply email that I got and stated that I wanted NOTHING else added to my credit card for this product just the shipping as stated in the ad. When I saw these two charges added to my credit card, I was furious! I finally did get a person on the phone that kept telling me that I only had 14 days to try the product and I had passed that 14 days. I explained to her that I had their shipping receipt and an email showing that the product was not even shipped to me until 10 June 2012. It had to take 3 or 4 days to get to me. How was I going to "try" the product for 14 days when I had not even had it for 14 days by the time the two charges were made to my credit card on 15 June? I had not even had the product for 14 days by the time I sent the email and told you NOT to add any additional charges to my credit card. I was told by the person on the phone today that I would be reimbursed for the two charges of $79.99 and $79.98. I'm having a very hard time believing this since everything so far has been so deceptive. I believe the deception is intentional. They know that by the time they ship the product, there's no way a person has 14 days to "try" it before they are charging $159.97 to their credit card. I will not pay this! I will fight this deceit every inch of the way. I would NEVER have order this if the ad had stated that it would cost me $159.97 - NEVER.
