Made a bank transfer on the 22nd June, which debited my account. Still not cleared on their side. I submitted a ticket still no reply. Calls to them never get answered. I think we are paying them enough they can afford to hire more people in their call centre. This is a 3rd World service in a 1st World bank! Unacceptable!

- I've submitted the same Proof of Payment to their support on the 20th July, up to now, no response. Telephone forever busy.
