I used to own the domain, "CCI Mortgage", the Domain is now being used by another entity but is using the CCI’s information, and the CCI’s company's identity. They are doing business under fraudulent practices and I have filed a police complaint (report #:CH-12 3085), a complaint with the FTC, FBI, DRE, and the State Agency of Finance for the state of New Mexico. The matter is now under criminal investigation.

The domain for this web site uses the CCI address, CCI information, and CCI agent’s name to conduct business by misrepresenting to the public who they are and their authority to conduct business in the name of CCI Mortgage. My husband, JOEL MENDEZ, is the Sole shareholder of CCI Mortgage; I am the secretary for the corporation. No individual or company has been given any right to do business in the name of CCI Mortgage, nor in the name of my agents.

According to the Victims, these people offer to buyer their timeshares, once the individuals are committed, they ask for upfront “transfer fee” or a “processing fee” in amounts of $2,500.00 to $5,500.00. Once the fee is paid they are never heard from again.

We requested the GO DADDY web site in the name of CCI Mortgage be taken down or made inaccessible.
They have NOT done so.
