I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from this website on the 21st of June. When I received the shoes I found not only the size was wrong but the shoes looked horribly fake, so I asked for a refund. The followings are our email conversations for this matter.

I wrote:

Hi. Today I received two pairs of shoes that I ordered previously.
They are way too big for me and don't look anything like the photos in your website.
I'd like to return these items and get a refund.
Where should I send them to?

They replied:

thanks for your letter,
now you have some choices :
1.keep two pairs of shoes,we can refund 75USD to you as compensation.
2.buy another shoes from our website,we will give you a big discount.
3.return the shoes back,but you will have to pay the return shipping cost, bear big losses on the shipping.
Also, when refund, we will take 30% as process cost on your return and refund .
4.you can return the shoes back to exchange,after we get the shoes,we will ship the smaller size to you.

you need pay the return shipping and resend shipping cost .

I found their return policy from their website.


We accept returns for exchange or refund due to following reasons:

1. Shipping error
2. Damaged goods
3. Size exchange
4. Dissatisfaction

In order to refund, the shoes should be in new and unused condition with all tags attached.

There is no mention about 30% of process cost.

The items are unused and new with all tags attached. I told them that I would be sending these items as soon as they provide their postal address to me.
I also found a few stories of angry customers who purchased shoes from their website and haven't got a refund that was promised.

I am very angry and disappointed.
