I am registered with SolidTrustPay under the username "vineetsaxena123" and my registered mail address is "[email protected]" . I had around $130 in my account. When I tried to login into my account today it said that my password in invalid. When I tried to recover my password through email, their system said that my email was not even registered with them. I have the confirmation email received from them of my account registration. I am even credit card verified and have the proof of my account statements. I have done many transactions using the same email account. I even receive notifications of the payments on the same email address. I feel that my money has gone. I have sent them tickets but there is no reply. the ticket number is 278858 . Does anyone know how to get out of this. Or I will take help of the law and sue this company.
