Hi Guys,

I'm having major problems with an online payment company called STP or Solid Trust Pay.

I am a UK citizen and I've opened an account with an online payment/banking facility that simply is NOT looking after its customers and especially me.

After 4-5 weeks I STILL cannot get my money out of this company & after many, many different emails they do NOT respond at ALL to my communications (even though I use their ticket submitter)?

The company is called STP or Solid Trust Pay.com & no matter what I try, STP will NOT allow me to get my money out of my account or even communicate with me at ALL?

Although there are various ways that I can withdraw money from my account I actually can ONLY use 1 of their methods (for various reasons mostly THEIR reasons) & I apparently need to be BANK VERIFIED to get my money out and they won't answer any emails I send them when I ask about WHY I'm not yet BANK VERIFIED even though I've sent them the required documents/bank statements?

I've sent them my bank statements (NatWest Bank PLC) 4-5 weeks ago now along with driving licence and many other government ID documents etc in fact I OVER DELIVERED where these documents are concerned.

This is now affecting my finances/life in a HUGE way not being able to get my money out & not being able to get a response from STP & it needs sorting ASAP.

STP has 4 ways to get money out.

1 is by cheque (they won't allow me to receive a cheque because it doesn't exist for our Country)

2nd one is by credit card (I don't have one & cannot get one)

3rd method is by their own STP card (I have to apply for it and pay extra money out yet again and all this takes days and days)

4th method is by direct transfer to my bank & this is what I want but STP will NOT answer my many emails regarding why they have NOT verified my bank account?

But now I tried to access my account this morning (12th of July 2012) & I CANNOT gain access to my account?

When I try to log in I get a screen telling me that there is no such username or account?

I've tried requesting help for this but then I get another screen telling me that my email address doesn't even exist?

I need to now find a way of getting my money out of this account and that is ALL I am interested in?

Can any of you guys help me get my money out of this ridiculous & company (STP) & close my account?

  • Hi the same problem here my luck is that I have there maybe 4 dollars. People who I know and are using solid has the same problem not only you. So I think everybody who has solid has this problem. I haven´t problems with solid so far everything works smooth. I liek them a lot of people were complaining about Payza. It looks like a hack into account but I don´t know maybe is something wrong.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Perhaps it is a hacking type glitch but STP still don't email me with ANY communications at all since I joined them and I've asked loads of questions and for updates to my verifications and many other requests for help and received nothing at all.

    I've now complained to the Canadian Ombudsman & other various government and financial departments.

  • I had one problem on e time when I first send money from bank to solid it took them a week so I wrote them a ticket and everything workde great they replied in one day.

    Great News: Two of my friends wrote me that it is working maybe it is all right try it now.

    That's great my friend thank you. It still doesn't let STP off the hook because they never email me to let me know what is happening and in my opinion it shouldn't take a whole month for them to HALF verify my account and STILL I cannot get my money out and NO communication STILL?

    I've been in STP for about 5 weeks and I've NEVER received an email from their support team helping me - NEVER.

    This in my opinion isn't good enough.

    Such a huge company should respond with emails at least in 24 hours to customers.

    All, I'm saying is that they haven't looked after me but they may be great with everyone else & I have slipped through their net so to speak?

  • It is working. Maybe a lot of people send them tickets. But payza is the same I know a lot of peole who are using payza and they have even more problems that is why I choose solid over Payza. But it is working now and I hope it will be working great.

  • They openly admit to support and cooperate with big ponzi schemes they do not care about regular people at all. All they want to do is to scam your money along with the ponzi schemes.

    Message to STP: This behaviour is called fraud and participation in the operation of ponzi schemes. Both crimes!

    I have already filed complaint with canadian attorney general. And I SWEAR I WILL do everything I CAN to make them pay for things they have done!
