I was actually in the Spyder Byte Media Word Press training class with Raven. I was shocked that she reported such a complaint. In addition to the training being drastically better than she described, she stated that to everyone in the class that things were going very well. The class also included a bonus 1/2 day at no charge the following day which she did not attend. I felt Russ Cuthrell did a great job packing a lot of valuable information into a well designed class. I do not know what prompted Raven to write such a nasty review. I guess you can never make everyone happy?
