BUYERS BE WARE....DON'T ORDER IT
On the face of their website I never saw anywhere stating $4.95 for the kit was a trial price, much less for only 14 days; trials usually last 30 days. "14-Day Trial should have been the first thing you see when you visit their webiste; very deceiptful. Yesterday I received two boxes of five refill cartridges costing $74.90; checked my credit card and was surprised to see not only the $74.90 charge, but also $114.95. I called the "Returns" and Cancellation phone number to find out that...."our terms and conditions are in three different places on our website", blah, blah, blah.....and that I could not return the cartridges due to "their" obligations for "their" manufacturers; all on a recording. If I didn't like the trial kit, would I have been able to return it for credit even though I had opened it? AND, if I cannot return unopened cartridges, why do they have a "Return" address? I should have known, "if it's too good to be true, then it probably isn't", but to have to pay for something I was willing to return, UNOPENED, is BS. I was told they would credit my account for 1/2 of the $74.90, how generious, (guess it's better than nothing) so, my monetary damages for this wonderful (SCAM) product is $114.95 + $37.45 + $4.95, totalling $157.35.
