I filed out the form online however it didnt mention the 19 dollars until after it was to late to cancel form. This was a week ago and today they debit my account and I have heard nothing. This is a scam and they will get what's coming to them. Internet scams are being busted every day. I did file a complaint with the FBI fraud division. I hope they enjoy that 19 dollars. When they get caught they will pay. Its a shame.
